Carob Oat Bars

These carob oat bars are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or breakfast option. They are made with simple ingredients and are perfect for on-the-go.
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup carob powder
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, carob powder, and salt.
In a separate pan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
Remove from heat and add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, and stir until everything is well combined.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan, using a spatula to press it down firmly.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the bars cool for at least 15 minutes in the pan before cutting them into bars.
